At Bunker Indust., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags included
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

Contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  2. Place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please note:

  • It may take time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Important Conditions

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all unwanted goods
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
